   We never confuse guiding with controlling.

1人1人に丁寧に向き合います。

少人数だからできる密接な語り合いと、個々に応じたインプット・アウトプット。

One-on-one interactions

   Our family-sized childcare services enable more individual and enhanced input and output.

時間を忘れて遊びに夢中になれる子どもたち。 遊びが子どもたちのお仕事。

一つのことに没頭している時、したいことがある時は、堪能させてあげたいと思います。

大まかなスケジュールやその日の活動は準備していますが、子どもたちの興味関心に沿ったもので臨機応変に対応します。

Never interrupt a playing child

   We have daily schedules, but we structure our routines to meet the needs of our children.

   Play is a child’s work. When they concentrate on one activity, or when they love doing something very mush, 

   we will let them go on as much as possible.

笑いは、心を軽く前向きな気持ちにさせてくれます。笑顔のプレゼントと、いつもユーモアを忘れずに。

Laghter makes kids more lighthearted and positive.

大事な食育！食が見せてくれる世界！日本のゴハンや異国の料理を一緒に作りましょう。

トットは広い畑を借りて花や野菜を育てています。

子どもたちもお手伝いを楽しんでくれることでしょう。 

Food is always important!

  We rent a big farm and grow flowers and vegetables there.

  Children will be our good helpers in farm field work!

  We have plenty cooking activities as well!!

本はお友だち。想像力を刺激し、様々な世界へと誘います。

毎日の絵本タイム、それといつでも『これ読んで。』の可愛いお願いは断りません。

Story time

                              Books inspire children's imagination. They are read to each day as much as they want.

子どもはみんな芸術家！　自由な発想！　心のままに！！　

お絵かき、色塗り、工作、大工仕事、職人さん体験、組み立て作業、その他何でも！

英語の童歌を歌ったり、音楽を聴いたり踊ったりも！！

Be an artist!  Hip Hip Hooray!

   Painting, drawing, coloring, making something out of nothing,

   becoming a carpenter, artisan, builder...whatever!

   Also, we sing nursery rhymes, listen to the music, sing songs and dance to the music!

たくさんオシャベリしましょう。何でも言ってね。私たちも伝えたいこと、いっぱいよ。

子どもたちがオシャベリしたくなる雰囲気作りをします。

お互いの信頼関係を築くことができたら、子どもたちは自分のお話しを、私たちにもっともっと聞いてもらいたくなるでしょう。

Talk and Talk and Talk!!

   We create an atmosphere that makes children want to talk a lot...

   When we the teachers succeed in building a good relationship of trust, the children will start to talk to us even more!!

自分と違う世界や異文化を受け入れ尊重することで、私たちの経験値も可能性も大きく変わっていくことでしょう。
